not many places we can light up fireworks. PA streets is safe bet.

legally, you need permission no matter where you set them off.

assuming you don't have any friends in PA, you might get away with it on public property if you follow all the other guidelines, though. the main one being 150 feet away from buildings.

I'm not sure if any public property gives blanket permission. And I live on the other side of the state, so I don't really know any parks in the area to look into.
