This "2 for $10" deal is extremely inciting but I wonder how healthy it is to be eating them like that.

I was thinking about getting 4 sandwiches and freezing the other 3 for later.

The bottom line. Subway offers a better variety of healthy meal options than many other fast food restaurants. In general, Subway's meals are low in sugar and a decent source of fiber and protein, however, many are also loaded with fat and sodium.

That's what I got from doing a Google search of "is Subway healthy".

Didn't they stop using that ingredient like 6 years ago?

Totally depends on what you order.

I already ordered 4 sandwiches from their app.
Going to pick it up in a few minutes.

Ugh, I feel so shitty now because I hate wasting food.

Goddammit I have no idea why anyone eats at subway. Absolute garbage, not healthy, not tasty. Plus its a fucking sandwich, the easiest thing to make on your own, and also incredibly easy to find out in the wild as well

I got tuna sub, Buffalo chicken, chicken teriyaki and roast beef.

My husband is going to be eating the Buffalo chicken and I'll eat the tuna and freeze the other 2 sandwiches.

Dude I run like 5 miles a day in 90 degree heat.
The last thing I want to do after than is cook anything.

Running is therapy for me.

My husband usually cooks and healthy too but that's like dinner meals as we're both exhausted from running during the day.

Depends on what you put on it. It's easy to go overboard. But to speak from experience, the kicker is the foot long. That turns a decent meal into an excessive amount of calories.

They range from ok to awful depending on what you get. Typically I shoot for no more than 600 calories if I'm going there.

The average footlong sub from subway has way too many calories, especially if you get chips and a drink with it. The lunch meat is really high in sodium and is carcinogenic. I've heard cheese has an enzyme that when mixed with meat causes unhealthy effects in the body.

All things considered, a 6 inch sub(with your choice of protein) with all the vegetables on there, mayonnaise on whole grain bread and a glass of water is going to be your best bet when ordering from subway if you want the healthiest thing possible.

I ate half my tuna sub and I feel so stuffed now.

The other sandwiches, I can honestly say, won't be consumed anytime soon than next week.
