Dentist appointment yesterday, she recommended I get a mouth guard.

But I'm fairly sure I sleep with my mouth open, since every time I wake up my mouth is open and also completely dry.

I do have a habit of clenching my jaw, could that be part of it?

I think I got BS'd into a mouth guard. Luckily I used a past employer fund to cover it.

And I think the grinding is legit, most of my bottom front teeth are all the same height and that's apparently not right.

It happens. I have a plastic retainer because I had braces, and eventually it got worn down and had holes in it because I grinded my teeth in my sleep
