A man died in Guide's town today when a rock flew up out of a pond at near-relativistic speeds. The rock proceeded to destroy city hall and a grocery store. There are no suspects yet, but one man was seen skipping rocks for the 72 hours leading up to the death, while several thousand other rocks flew out of the out of the lake, missed the victim and destroyed the entire city except for city hall and a grocery store. Experts are unsure why the victim stayed in the same spot for 72 hours or why he was not frightened away by the ascending meteor shower.
