So many people seem mad at the game on a plot level. I've loved it so far. Is the bleh stuff later?

the issues that people who criticize the game tend to have are:

• Joel's death/how he dies
• what happens about halfway into the game
• the ending

I thought that the game was amazing throughout, though.

I've pretty much given up trying to explain why I don't like the story. I'm clearly in the minority at this point, so what's the use?
