I tried to play Last of Us 2. It's terrible. I'm not even some right wing bigot who hates games for political reasons either. Popular culture is just bad now.

Weed and porn and same-sex relations too much for you? I'm not advocating the latter two. Hell I haven't even played the game, just heard about it.

It's not really even worth elaborating on. I just got to a point in the game where I realized it wasn't good.

I bought TLOU2 6 months earlier than I intended to solely because of the attention it got from bigots. Don't regret my decision one bit, easily my favourite game of the year so far

Well that's the problem is there are other people in this world than what the internet says i guess. Lots of bigots on the internet. It's not just a last of us thing. Why popular culture is terrible now as well. The game is mass marketed tripe and has nothing to do with bigotry except it does. Just the other way around.

I really didn't even like LA Noire that much. Open world games in general could be doing so much more. They all follow the same formula where they create these worlds but then don't even bother to flesh certain things out. I get they have time constraints and everything but it's like it's not even worth their time because the majority of people don't really notice those things. They nailed certain things like the atmosphere of the time period but they really could have made the game very different. Mafia II I'm playing now and it's kind of the same thing. They nailed the music and time period. But they don't bother with certain things. GTA is the same thing now. Graphics and technology and marketing only goes so far.

As far as this game how I feel about. I just don't think it's that good. The story and everything. I don't care that they tried to mix it up and make a game about genocide in ways or even that it's LGBT or whatever, but it's just not good. It's tripe. It's a big fat lie.

Uncharted was a shooter and platformer. They more made this game about scavvenging and puzzle solving and stealth. IT's more open but it's still naughty dog. I get the whole jist of the story. You have all these factions and groups and there was an outbreak and bombings occurred and all the characters and everything and how it even relates to what is going on in the real world in ways. IT's science fiction. I just find the whole game to be mindnumbingly contrived.

It's interactive entertainment. You are playing the story how players converse back and forth as you play. It's different than Rockstar how it's usualy drive from point a to point b watch cutscene. It's meant to be more like playing a movie. It's ok I guess. But overall I just didn't like it. Even how it pushes forth agendas to supposedly break the status quo. I get why they did it. It's still tripe.
