Two interesting theories I have read that are completely realistic in my eyes:

1. Doc is so into his online persona and character that it's hard for him to break character and real life (which is why he went to Twitchcon and banged young girls in character). He uses the persona to doxx and threaten the lives of other streamers and is unable to control his "character."
2. Same thing as Number #1 but Doc doxxing and threatening (the lives of other streamers) and was trying to use the excuse "it's just a character I am not really serious". Twitch said no that's illegal and you are banned.

It doesnt prove she lied, it proved she wasnt up to challenging it. I fully believe her, I just dont think her story was appropriate to share publicly when no harassment or assault or violence had occurred. It just sounded like two socially awkward people failing to communicate, and Joe drunkenly blowing up because he thought she was using him. That couldve been traumatic for her, because trauma depends on perspective. Maybe she thought it indicated a pattern and she wanted to give courage to other victims to step forward, but I mostly think she got caught up in the moment with all the recent allegations.

I don't know her story had hole in them one being that she stated that Joe took her phone from her and hold it for the whole day. Only for proof showing the day she say he did it, she was taken photos of people all day. But you are right to question it since I would feel the best thing to do is to get the cops evolve and get an investigation.
