I think in my opinion that Bruce Lee was a great martial artist and probably the best in the world. I am curious to know what Bruce Lee training was like, maybe to know what he did so I can do the same.

I plan to return to doing martial art if I can solve my arch problem in the foot, I am doing excercise to see if that can improve it.

I will do Ju-Jitsu and Tai Chi when I see my legs are good enough, well Tai Chi is no problem.

My arch is really high, so that puts a lot of pressure at the front of my foot. I have to use custom insolves to walk outside, without it well it would be painful. As you can imagine when doing ju-jitsu shoes are not allowed and by kicking the guard, that was injuring myself.

It was really sad that Brandon Lee died at a young age. It is really bad both Bruce Lee and Brandon Lee both died at a young age.

There's some footage of him fighting in competition and he looked way ahead of his time. He moved like a modern day MMA fighter. Also he played ping pong with nunchucks and whooped peoples asses.

I don't think he was a real fighter, but he could probably kick any random person's ass. But if he fought someone like Jon Jones today he'd most likely get run over.

That said I adore his movies. Legend!

I never thought of it that way, yes he did learn from other martial artist. He learned Wing Chun from Master Ip Man, then later on he added other moves to improve his fighting style which he calls it Jeet Kune Do.

Of course Jones would kick his ass he's huge compared to Lee, and Lee said himself Ali would kick his ass too. But if he were put in the UFC bantamweight class today he'd most likely dominate.

Also don't utilize any A/C in the summer or heat in the winter, this is important as well

Also did like that use the finger jab a lot and the reason why. Make sense in a street fight you try to blind your attacker.
