we had it down to 0.97% recently but its up to 1.3%, not good

That's a small discrepancy and it's been regularly bouncing in this range. A few days ago is was something like 1.2%, then it went down under 1% and now is back up here. I wouldn't worry too much unless it goes up up.

I just checked, yeah it was 1.2% on Monday. So far this has been normal for New York. It's not going up, it just won't be static

We had 0.90% 10 days ago, truth is in nyc alone people arent wearing masks when hanging out outside in groups. This is not good.

yeah im hoping this is just a blip

I haven't seen majority mask wearing in NYC all week. This week was the first week I went outside every single day in 3 months. So sad people acting like corona over.

Then the day after that it was 1%, then the next day it was 0.97% and then the day after that was 1.2%. As I said, I wouldn't worry for minor upticks like this until they continue to go up. As long as it still bounces around 1% we're fine.
