Doing so in the midst of a pandemic he is trying his very hardest to exacerbate is a crime against humanity.

What I find interesting is I can't seem to find a listing of which of the many Republican governors and attorney generals are backing the ACA removal play. Not on any of the sites, they just say there's a bunch. Are they scared to admit who they are or what?

A reminder that Republicans have had a fucking decade to cobble together something that would not screw over the people relying on the ACA and have either deliberately or incompetently failed to even propose something, let alone legislate it.

Further reminder that the GOP had total control of the government in the first half of Trump's term and the only noteworthy thing they did was pass a really shitty tax cut.

Republicans cannot govern.

It just strikes me as hilariously sad that they're main argument here is 'obamacare is now unconstitutional because of the thing we deliberately removed to cripple it!' It's like Grandpa Simpson going into the toy store and trying his damnedest to break all the toys just to prove how they don't make 'em as good as they used to.

I really do want everyone involved in the Trump admin along with their congressional enablers like McConnell and Nunes prosecuted after this is all said and done.

Don't hold your breath.

Wasn't that in 2012? The GOP has been challenging old Supreme Court decisions now that they put in two justices. Of course, that hasn't been going the way they thought it would...

ACA is popular, even a Fox News poll of registered voters had 56% in favor with 30% being strongly in favor.
