Doom eternal is better but no man's sky is still good and will last longer. So which ever you prioritize

You have to like the survival style Minecraft games to like No Man's Sky, it's has a lot of depth, a lot of resource and material gathering and grinding. If you like it, it's something you can put hundreds of hours into.

Doom Eternal was awesome, but it's kind of a one and done action shooter, there's not much to go back to imo so it's a shorter, linear shooter with not much depth to it. You know what you are getting with Doom.

Borderlands 3 was my least favorite of the 3 games, it's a lot more of the same, but I didn't enjoy the story or dialog nearly as much, even though they made further additions to gameplay to give it more depth. It welcomes multiple playthroughs, but i'd absolutely have a few people to play with. I doubt it's nearly as fun solo.

Hope this helps some, I liked all of them, i'd personally pick No Man's Sky, but I like deep time investment games.

Borderlands if you want to fool around for several playthroughs.
Steer clear of Fraud Man's Sky.

Seriously, don't believe the hype, it took them 4 years to make that shithole of a scam a decent playable game. And even now, I'd rather play one of the newer indies like Deep Rock Galactic.

Trashing NMS and praising BL3 makes me really doubt your taste.

Out of those Doom Eternal easily. Borderlands 3 is iffy but NMS is an outright stay away. Game is so easy and boring that permadeath mode might as well be normal

If you like games that have challenge, Doom Eternal

if you like games that you could fall asleep playing, No Mans Sky

if you like to grind repetitive missions endlessly for loot, Borderlands 3

My pick would be Doom Eternal, I beat it on nightmare and had a very good time. Just ignore the multiplayer
