Im in terrific shape and have a great physique but looking in the mirror I still wasnt satisfied with how it looked and it recently dawned on me that no matter how muscular my pecs are they still look like manboobs because of my hilariously unaesthetic pepperoni nips

the surgical procedure to reduce them doesnt take very long and is relatively inexpensive compared to other cosmetic procedures

And yes I know Im technically referring to areolas and not the actual nipples but whatever, you know what I mean

I remember at school, we had a morbidly obese classmate. He was able to lick his own nipples. They were gigantic, easily the diameter of a bread plate. He was insufferably proud of his nipples, and his ability to lick them. He would lick them at every opportunity. I recall once, when the teacher stepped out of the room, he clambered on top of the teachers desk, removed his shirt and began lapping away at them, In the manner of a cat drinking water.

The teacher returned mid-lick.
