I get assigned long term work that I can knock out in a day or 2 if I concentrated. For example, in the next month I'm supposed to write 1 section for a report we're putting together. But its gonna be like 3 paragraphs. I also gotta do a bit of data analysis at the start of every month.

i've explained it a million times

-i work for the government, which is notoriously known for being lazy
-i don't have a large workload, the agency retains me for my qualifications, ie so they can tell taxpayers "80% of our engineers have PE licenses AND master's degrees!" (this is important for my agency post-katrina)
