Zikten 06/24/20 2:44:45 PM #5:	or shoot. there was a case where a cop was in an apartment building hallway. a black dude who lived there comes around a corner. the cop claimed later that the black man startled him and his reaction was to pull out his gun and shoot. the cop had no reason to be freaking out. I don't remember why he was there but it seemed like it was for some peaceful reason. there was no danger expected in the building.
