Violent ones, probs, but what about assholes who forge checks and stuff but probably aren't violent? There are some weird lines between felonies and misdemeanors, like in some states you pass a bad check for $749 is a misdemeanor but if that check is $750 suddenly you face a felony.

Or should we not be restricting gun rights at all?

Yes. Its actually pretty hard to be convicted for a felony. Everything gets dropped down

I mean I spend every day looking at hundreds of peoples criminal history and spend a lot of time in the courts. Almost everything gets dropped down a notch

No, only violent crimes or using a gun during an otherwise non-violent crime, like armed robbery, should result in the loss of the privilege of gun ownership.

And when I say the privilege of gun ownership I actually mean that it should be a privilege rather than a right, repeal of the 2nd and all.

As a criminal I would say that they should be taken.

There have been times when I was pissed and wanted go straight up murder someone. The fact that I couldn't get a gun easy slowed me down enough to not go crazy and blast them.

Also, if I only had one felony conviction I could get it expunged.

I know we've had our disagreements but I'd be lying if I said you weren't one of my favorite fucking posters.

Ayy. You have a "+1" by your name which either means you said something that made me belly laugh or you said something I fucked with on a deep level, then I never seen anything that made me want to take it back. +1 is the highest it goes, just for clarity lol.

Same. I guess it depends on your prosecutor's office.
