Anyone who knows what theyre talking about will say fats arent bad for you if youre regularly exercising relative to your intake. Carbs are basically useless - fats make for much more and better energy to burn and carbs basically just get in the way of that.

Eating eggs increases high density lipoproteins which are commonly referred to as "good cholesterol". Its a similar kind of fat you would get from salmon ,olive oil, and avacados. It actually helps prevent heart disease

Eggs are perfectly fine for you and packed with nutrients. I'm not saying you should be eating half a dozen eggs a day every day, but that's mostly because you should be adding some variety to the things you eat.
