Looks like the shooter clearly instigated violence while carrying a gun. This is pretty standard behavior for armed right-wingers. Rile people up either physically or verbally, then shoot when someone stands up for themselves or tries to intervene.

That's the exact video that I just watched. All you see is a blue shirt, with bodies draped all over him. That doesn't tell us anything other than "there's a physical confrontation, for some unclear reason".
