I loved the Sam Raimi Spiderman movies as a kid and I'm getting into superheroes again like Wonder Woman and Batman and all that.
Is there a starting point/reboot from the comics? Are the new movies any good? I'll probably pick up Spiderman on PS4. That might be a good entry point. --- "When it's cold, and when it's dark.... The cold can obsess you....." -Per "Dead" Ohlin ... Copied to Clipboard!

Insomniac Spider-Man is a great entry point. There's also the Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon. Marvel's Spidey is divisive but I love them both, and everyone agrees Into the Spider-Verse is the best Spider-Man film. It's a good time to be a fan of the wall-crawler.

I think Into the Spider-Verse is a good place to start because you get to see the origin of Miles Morales, who is the contemporary comic book Spider-Man. From there you can pick up any modern Spider-Man comic and go.
