Jeff has garnered a cult like following for his free and no bs fitness advice. Like Scooby meets P90x meets science. And while some of it is questionable, its helped a lot of people pursue fitness and seemed well-intentioned. Biggest fitness market on youtube.
Well hes been caught lying about his lifts, using fake weights in videos, and is now being questioned on his natty status. Wouldnt have mattered, but I guess the fame went to his head, because he actually responded to one of these callout vids and challenged them to a ridiculous bet. Which, small channel with nothing to lose, obviously agreed to. So now Jeff is stuck in a stupid competition that could only hurt his career. This would be about as crazy as Donald Trump getting accused of having tiny hands by random user on twitter, and responding by flying out to his home to compare their hand sizes. --- ... The fake weights must be BS he dosen't attempt PR's in his vids no reason for it. The lifts he could be lying about isnt a big deal everyone lies a bit on how much they can lift. Him being natty looks believable you can be cut at a low body weight. Any links to these allegations?

His stuff has been useful to me, that's enough. That being said, it's stupid to think you can lie via demonstrations for any remotely popular subject.
