So when exactly does this take place in P3 and P4? It definitely takes place before Ikutski's betrayal in 3, but I can't pin down when it would be in 4.

For P3, it happens when the P3 MC is sick from a cold due to being caught outside in a storm, it's mentionned offside at some point.

For P4... I don't recall.

Yeah and some of the side plotlines are a little different on the other route. There's also a certain optional super boss that you can only fight on NG+. It's spoilers: Elizabeth, Theodore, and Margaret at the same time

It spoils the cast (of course), the first villain, and a few concepts, plus it alludes to other things. I've never played Q1, so I don't know how to compare them
