There are fighting a non-existant enemy. But they do so by pissing other people off in the worst way, treating people differently based on the colour of their skin and calling everyone neo nazis that have different politcal views.

Eventually people will puah back. Anitfa will feel validated, and they get the fight they were looking for and increase their efforts in fighting this now actually made enemy, increasing the lusback further.

It's a self fulfilling prophecy.

Incels are not a unified group with a leadership structure and mission statement, but they also seem to have a more consistent behavior pattern across all of them than everyone who is anti-fascist. Groupings range from specific to broad and you can scale your generatilizations based on where they are on that spectrum. It would be wrong for me to say all white people, or even all conservatives are X, but not so much so if I decide to generalize white supremacists.

Well no one said Americans are intelligent. I find it weird how people say "both sides are crazy" since 1) very few people are truly in the center. Political views are a spectrum with infinite data points and 2) If crazy leftists will push people right, then won't crazy righties also push people left?

Will that make everyone a centrist? Or just cause a singularity that destroys the universe? People make it sound like anyone that isn't tap dancing the center line is an extremist, especially if they don't lean right.
