I don't know why some departments still won't use them. it shouldn't be a choice they get to decide. also, even when they have to use them, it seems like cops have the power to turn off the cam at will. or they pretend like it "malfunctioned" at the key moment in question. it's bullshit. cops should not have the power to turn off their cameras. and if they "malfunction" there should be a deep investigation into that to prove if it really was machine error or if they did messed with it. and if they prove they messed with it, fire the cop on the spot and ban them for life from ever being rehired anywhere as a cop <cite>Zikten posted [p:940364242] in Another Da...
