Todd Win, a Retired US Marine declared his support for Black Lives Matter by KNEELING in full UNIFORM near the Utah State Capitol in a ONE MAN PROTEST with a piece of tape over his mouth with the words "I can't breathe"

The Marines Corp Veteran drew attention of passerby as he stood for THREE HOURS in the middle of day in Salt Lake City with temperatures nearing 37 degrees celcius (100F)!!

Local photographer, Robin Pendergrast snapped a photo of him as he said even his dress shoes were beginning to MELT while standin gthere!!

He earned 2 purple hearts and was holding a sign that said "Justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tamir Rice, Countless others and demanded for accountability for failed TTP's and EOF abuse"

TTP is acronym for tactics, techniques and procedures while EOF is escalation of force which is criticism of american police forces who were filmed on social media injuring protesters and demonstrators

Katie Steck, his girlfriend said Friday was the "day of silence" for him and that he is very angered and appalled by the injustices that have been happening and Trump's rhetoric of blasting those who are taking a knee calling for justice over police brutality

Winn was wounded 2005 when a roadside bomb detonated while he was on tour in Iraq and suffered traumatic brain injuries that left him with chronic fatigue as she said he wanted to demonstrate how one can protest while being patriotic

She said "Seeing a lot of things that have happened, that's not the kind of america he wants not the america he sacrificed for.That's not what he represents"

It's indicative of the state of our culture. Children are being raised to reject compassion, empathy, decency, and a whole lot more, either in the name of being tough, or being cool, or staying inline with some backwards system of beliefs or another. Parents and teachers especially have a responsibility to foster productive developmental environments... and they're failing catastrophically.
