90% of Marvel's heroes are based in NYC, that's true enough. But the vast, vast majority of those heroes couldn't give 2 shits about small time crime unless they stumbled upon it or it affected them personally.
So one the one hand we've got an obsessed billionaire with advanced security tech and his hands/eyes in/on literally every part of the judicial system...vs a city where you're pretty much okay if you steer clear from Harlem and Hell's Kitchen. --- ... ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'd rather go against the entirety of NYC Marvel than piss off Batman. Better to let The Punisher kill me than have Bruce have me begging for death. Then there's the fact that a number of Gotham's psychopathic villains are terrifying in their own right. Some kill their own flunkies on a whim for entertainment and I'm supposed to fend for my self?

NYC in marvel has a shit ton more super heroes but most of them not name spidermanor punisher ever does regular patrols, and looks out for the little man and street lvs problems.

Marvel NYC. The chances of you somehow getting superpowers is way higher than if you live in Gotham . After that happens Id just move somewhere that doesnt have superheroes like Miami and do whatever I wanted lol
