Baltimore City Police released this morning that during they'd found stashed piles of bricks and water drums full of gasoline. There are people out there doing their best to start shit up. Although Baltimore is interesting in that in a few cases the protesters have been policing themselves so the riot officers watching on aren't given a reason to go off on them.
