Patchwork 06/01/20 3:59:59 PM #4:	Its a difficult profession, made more so by people like Chauvin. However, theres no other career where you can positively affect a community. The good outweighs the bad, for the most part, but the bad will take its toll. If you have a decent support system, its easier to deal with the vitriol, the constant death and loss and absence of humanity you witness. But its not an easy choice to join this field, and it shouldnt be. Dealing with hatred and negative press comes with the territory for a lot of career paths.
