Load up a truck and get it going Honestly, I low-balled it and picked a number that seemed physically reasonable to carry. 1500 pounds worth of pennies would fit into about 35-36 buckets (273k coins, 7770 coins per bucket according to numbers I found by googling). That seems like it would fit into the back of a pick-up. I'd say cut the number of trips in half because it would take longer to physically load the truck, 5 trips per day, 5 days a week, 50 weeks out of the year, and you'd still wind up doing this for almost 3 years. Half that if you can do 10 trips a day. You're a bit out of luck if there's a limit to how much the coin machine can hold though.
