i know some of you make smoothies. i can't remember who, but somebody was talking about how he accidentally left his frozen fruit out but made smoothies anyways, ok?

any ways, what ingredients do you people use for your smoothies? fruit? veggies?

i usually vary my smoothies, based on what i have in the kitchen at the time. like today, i made one from fresh kale, frozen raspberries, a banana, frozen wild blueberries, kefir, cranberry juice and ice, ok?

lol that was me

i put a cup of mangoes in. one frozen banana and a cup of oat milk and blend that shit, so good.

you dont need ice if everything is frozen and you can use real milk if nin-dairy alternatives arent your thing.

i also like mango smoothies a lot, but i use real milk, fresh banana, and frozen mangoes.
i've been thinking about trying out almond milk though

oh yeah and some greek yogurt

I always pretty much make the same thing.
Frozen strawberry
Fresh banana
Vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt w/ honey, but vanilla yogurt's just easier)

That's it.
I've tried making mango lassi before, which is basically a mango yogurt smoothie....but it's never come out well. It's a shame, I love those.

Frozen berry bag mix usually. With milk.

Sometimes add a banana. Sometimes yogurt too.

Frozen fruit is great, then you can just add juice or yogurt, maybe some bananas

a little bit of peanut butter or protein powder can be good sometimes too
