Ive only been promoted once and it was basically announced they where looking for someone so if interested throw your name in the hat so to speak.
Now where I work its no secret that nobody promotes until theyve had at least 10 years in and even then if you arent part of the clique well then good luck. --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!" Bartz-"with cheese biscuts AND mashed potatoes!" ... Copied to Clipboard!

They asked me if I wanted the position. The job was as a cable tech and they asked me to be a team leader/trainer.

I got an automatic promotion like everybody at my job to a senior associate level after 1 year. That's it though
