I have had 3 jobs in my life so far, all three were offered on the spot. My new job I am taking once this virus is gone is the first job in my preferred field, and it was offered on the phone on the spot since it was during the pandemic. So I am 4/4 I suppose lol.

Eh, they alright. The soles still look like you walking on mouthguards. The Yeezy350v2 Zebra is the most beautiful shoe to me. Im a bit biased against Nike these days tho.

not sure if i've ever seen yeezys in actual physical stores at like the mall. You don't think they seem overpriced? they don't seem anything special to me. But as i said i don't think i've ever seen any in physical in person.

The quality is great on them but you cant just walk in a store and buy them. It dont work like that. I got 9 pairs and they all feel fantastic. Resale is insane for sure and usually not worth it, but I think the retail prices are very fair for most Yeezys. Also the 350s are unbelievably comfortable.

My favorite sneaker of all time. THey used to go for over 1000 back in the day when they were really rare. I managed to snag a pair for retail 220 on a restock. Still have them stocked away in a box, I need a second pair :)

eh, i clicked on the pick doesn't seem like they're great looking or anything. Aren't yeezy's all suede though. But all suede shoes don't usually cost that much. iirc they're from kanye west and adidas iirc.

Nah, none are all suede. The 500s, and 700s have a mixture of mesh, suede, leather, nubuck, and a lot of different materials depending on the version. Those I linked are all knit. They feel so good and I find them beautiful.

Hiring in Canada is typically slow, they usually say that they'll give you a call in x days but they actually mean 2 weeks after that.

When I lived in the UK I was usually hired right after the interview, but I was much younger and just having common sense during an interview is enough to get hired.

My current job was a 3 interview process (And i applied thinking it was just a one-off).

First interview was with HR person and they ended it telling me im onto the next interview.

Second interview was supposed to be with 2 managers but they were busy so it ended up with me just meeting one and interviewing with the other. The interview went okay, not great, but not bad by any stretch. And they told me I'd recieve a call/email in a few days with the results. But I got a call that day from HR person telling me I was onto 3rd interview.

3rd Interview was a 2-on-1 and they told me only something like ~2% of applicants make it to the 3rd interview (and I again thought it was just a generic company with 1 interview). But they absolutely destroyed me in the interview. I was basically asked the same questions in all 3 interviews but for some reason they just never felt like my answers were good enough it would always be like "okay what else" after listing 3+ examples. And at the very end they didnt offer me the job so I drove him thinking it was all for naught and that if I was gonna get the job they would of offered it to me there. But like 4 hours later I got a call with the job offer.

So in my experience if you dont get a call that day/next day, you're not getting the job.

Im usually very shy when it comes to oneon one encounters but for some reason im really good at interviews. Never been turned downed for a job.

Head football coaching jobs usually have interview periods where they interview several candidates before naming a hire. Its very rare that a coach is appointed on the spot and is not an interim coach. Unfortunately, I got screwed over by a new administrator in this system this past January. Waiting to hear back about a job at a new school that offered me a coordinator spot.
