Well thatll increase my workload by 30% for like a year and a half until we find someone. Boss has been considering it for a while (boss been here under 2 years, coworker ~5 years, the oldest employee in the department in terms of years in field and also years in department) but...itll increase all of our workloads 30%.
He just has rage fits. He had three this year...and he went off on a coworker he hasnt seen in three months and insults the boss during them. He just gets set off on the dumbest thing like preserving pdf document resolution and other silly crap and it escalates. Its just hard to find people.
