Which Gen? Regardless, the natures aren't great but if this is just a in-game team you caught that is hardly a major problem.
Never a big fan of Butterfree though as it just isn't a very good Pokemon and you can find a lot of other Pokemon to do the same role much better without a ton of additional effort. --- *Gheb is my other account* ... Copied to Clipboard!

I know for sure that Lanturn and Gallade need better natures. Modest or the +Sp Att/-Speed nature for Lanturn and Adamant for Gallade. I mean, if this is just in game then anything works but those natures would be more beneficial.

Natures are terrible. Only 5 Pokmon. Ice types/Attack eat your team alive. Gen 6 and nothing that can Mega Evolve? Also your team is kinda lacking in speed. Everything has average to below average speed yet your team has little bulk. Not seeing a whole lot of syngery either. One good setup sweeper could annhilate your team without a blazing fast Pokmon or good wall.
