But now that paradox is dominating the simulation game market, they have become scum themselves. Everything is barebones base game and then dlc galore. Just like sims and their expansion packs.

I played City Skylines at launch. I like it, but man, I'm not spending over $100 on DLC for it.

And it was painful when paradox bought prison architect off Introversion Games. I didnt think it was a problem at the time until i tried to play the game and had to use their crappy launcher and then not long after, they pumped out a DLC for it. It might have otherwise been a free update.
