Before the closing manager left, she asked me as a favor if I could try to nudge people along and make sure they're working. Idk why she asked me to do that, because it's not in my personality at all. It's why I've never applied to become a manager here. I can't be bossy and I dont want the responsibilities that come with it.

Anyway, one dude is asleep in the break room right now. He had already been in there for a while, and now he's asleep, and dont foresee him waking up any time soon. He's one of the usual suspects when it comes to laziness. I could have predicted he would do something like this.

Idk. On the one hand, I told the manager "ok, sure" when she asked that favor of me. On the other hand, it's out of my pay grade to care if other people are doing their job or not.

The lazy dude sleeping sounds like he ends up putting more on everyone else's plates for the work he doesn't do.

We're all spread out and were given individual tasks. Him not doing his job doesn't really affect the rest of us.

Oh shit. I just walked by the break room and he's not on the couch anymore. Welp as long as he's not doing anything conspicuous such as sleeping through his whole shift, i dont see why I should care too much.
