if landlords go bankrupt, it will be (a) because their assets are little more than leveraged investments, and the bankers and their cronies will become the new landlords without the middleman, or (b) they're strangled by property taxes, in which case they'll sell to other [prospective] landlords or have their property auctioned off to other [prospective] landlords in a position to pay those taxes
it's not like all the renters are gonna collectively seize the means of habitation from landlords - and if they did, they'll inherit the property tax burden, like homeowners --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
