Im a 240lb man with a bit of an alcohol problem and I eat way too many sodium rich foods, especially canned and frozen crap.

Currently Im on an exercise bike, only 6.6km done in 16 minutes and Im gasping for breath.

I cant believe I let myself reach this point.

I was able to finish my goal of 30 minutes and completed 12.6km in that time. I feel like shit really right now but it will be worth it if I keep this up.

i'm glad you got a kick out of that. i realize my timing wasn't amazing, i just couldn't help myself.

you're right; it will be worth it if you keep it up. i always found it a lot easier to do stationary machine stuff if i had something else to pay attention to - specifically a radio and i think because i was at the mercy of their playlist instead of being able to page around my own - but look at it this way. if you wanted to watch something, you're confirmed able to get through at least one episode.

Ethanol is screwing you up way more than sodium ever will.
