Crono and Marle aren't alluded to at all in the game's script IIRC, that was left open ended Frog and Ayla likely went back to their own timelines and died naturally or whatever but aren't alluded to in the story Robo and Lucca are confirmed dead in CC Magus is a toss up - he was originally intended to be a party member but was scrapped and Guile was added instead. Maybe the DS port of CT game adds something to this? Lucca's letter implies they are all still alive, as she tells Kid she is worried someone's gonna come after her and her friends for what they did to the time line.
