Yeah the site admins are questionable in a lot of ways. It's really no wonder most people have packed up and left. They basically don't do anything now and blame stuff on other people all the time. Then again in the ToS is overall weird actually in multiple places. But there's nothing about that in ToS either. It's better for admins to hand pick mods and to also have a REALLY long list of rules instead of just generic ones so everything is covered and you don't look like you're making rules up on the spot.
