Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon - Fire Island Volcano
Top Gear Rally - Main Menu Steins;Gate - Skyclad Observer MATCH 1 I really like the folky Celtic feeling that Fire Island Volcano has. 0:32-0:48 is just such a cool part! Really packs a lot of energy into it. The rest of the song's great as well, but it's that part that's the most noteworthy to me. I'm all for sample-based music, but I don't really like this samples that Fucking in Heaven uses. I think it's mainly that guitar. It's kind of grating and overpowering. Can't really find anything to like about this song, to be honest. MATCH 2 Main Menu's okay. It's not really exciting and is a fairly average song, but it picks up a bit towards the end. Not much to say about this. Patronus starts off nicely, but the rest of this song is honestly annoying to me. I can't really explain why but it's something about the melody. Like starting off at 0:38 with certain borrowed notes. It's just bothersome to me. I actually had this song over Main Menu at first, but I'm flipping on my favorites bracket for the first time because with Main Menu, I'm fine with listening to it the whole way through, but with Patronus, I get a stronger feeling that I'd rather shut the song off.
