He was finally pictured outside after his explosive cellphone footage exposed the brutal slaying of the innocent jogger that was leaked. He said he broke his silence over the murder because he was only a "Witness" and not an accomplice Kevin Gough denied his client was armed at the time and that he is NOT A VIGILANTE when calls grow from the victim's family for his arrest Gough said the shooting simply "started happening in front of him" and he handed over the footage to the police "immediately" after the incident Director of the GBI Vic Reynolds said that Bryan could be arrested for his partin the murder after he watched and shot the footage as it showed Arbery running in the neighborhood being pursued by the trailer trash pigs He said "He wasi his yard and this just starts happenign in front of him.
