The amount of energy I exert when working actually makes me warm enough that I am usually in just a long sleeve shirt and pants in the regular cold I deal with. Lighting yourself on fire won't work (lmao) you can never feel warmth again and are always cold. We have 0 degree winters but you are able to prepare and combat it with layers.
