I am curious is there any way to make a high arch foot normal or better? It seems these days I need to change insolve more times than before. My foot has been getting injured more fast and easy than before.

Foot surgery. My friend suggested that idea, although I want to leave that as last resort. At the moment I am studying and working, if I do the surgery I worry that will interfere with my studying. Right now have to do A level when classes are on September. I also worry if there any lasting effect that stays after the surgery. If my foot is good then I can return to jiu jitsu. --- http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/88/ dragon ball forum ... Copied to Clipboard!

high arch is just an immobile foot you generally don't need surgery. I worked for a podiatrist, that guy recommended surgery to EVERYONE for things that were easily fixed
get a lacrosse ball, roll your arch and the side of your foot and the front and back of your calves. Sleep with toe spacers. Every morning interlace your fingers and toes and move your foot all around. The best thing you could do is start an easy running regimen in minimalist/unsupportive shoes your arch is a muscle, there is so much misinformation out there about feet it's ridiculous. IME I would never let a surgeon touch my feet. --- But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them - bring them here and kill them in front of me ~Jesus Christ ... I don't have a lacrosses ball would a tennis ball be ok for the time being, until I can find a lacrosse ball? I don't have toe spacers I can check tomorrow when the pharmacy are open.
