I have to stick with the older games. Super Metroid got 59.59% on Mario Galaxy four years ago, while The Witcher 3 got 60.60% on Galaxy 2. I would suspect FFVI should be able to narrowly beat SM, too. As for Odyssey... it's probably strong, but I don't trust it enough to beat FFVI.

Super Metroid was close to Majoras Mask and I would take it over FFVI

When in doubt, side with the games released closer to 1998. After that, Super Metroid has never really shown itself to be that strong against other SNES giants (and got absolutely bodied by LttP), so my kneejerk is FF6.
