She was let gofrom Don Ayres Honda dealership in Fort Wayne about a month after she created an account on the site OnlyFans and began posting nude photos of herself OnlyFans allows users to share content behind a paywall with "fans" having to fork out for a paid subscription in order to gain access and became popular for adult entertainers who can make money without the middle man She told BuzzFeed that she was devastated to be let go stating "i was a phenomenal employee with a perfect record who never got in trouble. When i went to work and i was on the clock,i did my job and i was good at it. I was appropriate when i was at work. I wore my uniform, i did what i had to do" She admitted she did post some photos while in uniform and inside the dealership bathroom on her account but made sure to hide any obscure logos or identifying features from her workplace She was harassed by several of her co workers after they blew the whistle on her as they HUDDLED together in a group on how to expose her as they would not shut up about her page when one of them found it and shared it around. She begged them not to tell anybody but they would laugh in herface and said "Ha haha, we're helping you make money girl" But when it got to the bosses, they questioned her about her explitia ccount and discussed the harm she could do to the reputation of the auto repair business In a recorded conversation, an HR manager said she seemed to have created the situation herself and ENCOURAGED her co-worker to HARASS her and they don't want that potential action and fired her immediately She said "To me it just does not makesense that they're so concernedabout their image and they're so concerned about my page but they just let other things slide" Kirsten says she does not regret making more money by posting x-rated picsas she wanted to use the funds to open up her own dealership and created it after the COVID-19 crisis when their business was losing money with less customers and her hours were cut Ironically, a MALE employee also has an X-rated OnlyFans account but was NOT Fired because he was a TOP EMPLOYEE!! She can do whatever she wants with her personal life as long as she keeps it separate from her business life. But when she's doing it at the workplace, she's almost definitely violating company code. Even if she hid all logos/ "identifying features", it's still at the workplace, in her company uniform. Also, despite the claim that she hid all "obscure logos", the logo is quite visible on her shirt and whatever she's holding in the second pic. This is 100% grounds to be fired on, since she involved the company in her OnlyFans by way of her uniform AND the workplace. Yes, she's hot. --- Mixer of Mega Dash Juices, slayer of giant monsters.
