Screech's Sprint because it was the only regular level on its map, making it stand out. The music is also great.

Screech's Sprint works well as a final level; the music and gameplay gimmick both ratchet up the tension as the level progresses.
Perilous Platforms is perfectly fine from a gameplay standpoint, but the music is way too chill. Tonally, it's off. Platform Perils is the better final stage
