1000-1200 right now. Also not working out and getting old, but Im obese so Im losing a good amount of weight considering how many calories I was at before. Im also doing OMAD because Im lazy and dont like cooking.

I try to stick to a 1200 calorie maximum per day. On average its probably like 950-1150

i'm doing contactless ordering, i just walk over and grab my food without talking to anyone

i take the 1 meal, eat half for lunch (around noon) and then half for dinner (around 8)

doing intermittent fasting too as a method of keeping calories low, so i try to eat within that 8 hour period

if i'm that hungry later (within the 8 hour period) i'll cook up 2 eggs, filling and only 160 calories

I have no idea.. my metabolism has always been pretty fast working and Im level 25 so >_>

I keep pretty active, I was running 15 miles at one point hoping to do the Boston marathon and ended up destroying my feet for like a month so I try and take it easy

I'm 5'9, 274 lbs, figure that what you will. It certainly isn't 1300 calories a day. I have a problem where my body doesn't build energy properly. So I have to eat larger amounts of food to compensate. 2-3 cups of coffee a day, a coke zero, and my add meds help me stay awake. Had the same problem when I was 200 lbs.

Thats a good strategy. Eggs have become a huge part of my diet. Theyre in nearly every meal.

I cant do ordering food in any capacity because Im scared that will lead down a dark path of going back to fast food joints. Best for me to stay away from that altogether. Even driving by a BK or Popeyes is still hard for me.

5,000. I used to have to eat 4000 a day when my cystic fibrosis was bad. But this new medicine in November got me feeling like Superman. Only gotta eat 3000 to maintain.

But I'm still eating 5000 cause I'm bodybuilding/power lifting. I'm trying to put weight on quick. Put 35 pounds on since November. Probably 15 or 20 of that muscle. Proud of myself.

lol like 3000 not even shitting you.

i can eat a whole 14 inch pizza and Ill still eat another mcdonalds meal later in the day (Im in aus though the the serving sizes are smaller).

trying to change that though from today. Im like 90kg and want to drop to 72-75ish so Ill probably be eating around 1.5k

I always skip breakfast and sometimes lunch too. An average day for me though is a sandwich and fruit for lunch, and salmon and green beans for dinner (last few nights its been ramen and beans >.>). If I get a craving for something sweet or feel like snacking Ill have an 80cal cup of applesauce

Youre not wrong though, Im eating at a deficit on purpose. Currently Im 120lb but would like to get to 95lb-105lb range

@Harpie I suppose. That still doesn't seem like much. Especially if you're being active or doing stuff. Do you at least eat healthy? Suppose that would make eating under or around 1000 calories passable.

I want to lose weight so its okay

Lmao I would like to say yes but I had mcdonalds as my only meal yesterday. Idk normally Im not that bad but lately theres been a lot of ramen.. and ice cream. Which sucks because they have a really high amount of calories for such small portions and I end up eating next to nothing sometimes

I'm guessing the CEmen operating at a caloric surplus don't count their calories and don't want to depress themselves when they discover they're eating 4000 calories a day of utter crap.

I have a 22 bmi, and I eat 2000-2300 depending on my exercise load.

Right now like around 1300 because I'm on a cut.

Normally, anywhere from 1500 to 3000. Sometimes I just want to pig out. Other days I eat pretty light.
