but yeah, if I had to choose between bad pain in a tooth and chopping off my little toe... bye bye toe. And Ive suffered some bad dental pain in my life.

For me it's between an infected tooth and kidney stone for worst pain I've ever felt.

Yeah bruh. Id rather get punched in the teeth than kicked square in the nuts. Hell, a light tap to the sack can drop a guy to his knees.

I remember once chipping a tooth and not getting it repaired anytime soon. Eventually it started to rot and decay and I remember once training in jiu jitsu, someone put a choke on me directly where the sore tooth was...

I felt agonizing spliting pain immediately in that tooth and the next day had to go and get it extracted/fiixed. It's the worst thing I've ever felt.

All hyperbole aside, as someone currently nursing a horrendously painful back, I am inclined to agree. My daughter decided it would be unutterably amusing to jump from the bed head onto the small of my back as I lay on the bed reading.

Suffice it to say, it was far more amusing for her than I.

Ball pain will make a man curl into the fetal position and maybe cry silently to themselves. Severe back pain will make you sob uncontrollably and actively wish for death.

tooth pain can be fixed. back pain can be permanent. i had a friend who's mom had consistent back pain from an operation that didn't go right. sometimes she would just break down in tears because she was so tried of being in constant pain. i felt bad for her.

My back pain causes ball pain.

Some weird nerve thing, so when my back injury acts up it's like the worst blue balls in the world.

Like there's something growing in my balls and it's just barely not exploding out.

There's nothing wrong with my balls either, I've had scans.

I bet. That kind of pain will 100% break a person at some pain. I've had bouts of pretty bad back pain. If it were chronic I would legitimately want to die.

If you get kicked in the balls, the tooth pain will go down as the body prioritizes pain.

In regards to back pain being worse.... and this is speaking as someone who has degenerative disc disease....

A major flare up of tooth pain is still worse IMO. Back pain is more of a constant ache/pain with sudden flare ups every now and again, for me at least. But a bad pain in the tooth/gums makes me just want to die.
