Lately my right eye has been twitching, I think it is because of using my PC and watching TV too much. I was wondering is this something serious? Today I tried resting on using my PC and TV as much as possible.

Oh wow, I've been having the same issue. Last few days, my upper left eyelid has been uncontrollably twitching like crazy (and occasionally my right eye as well). I think a lot of it is just me noticing it more, since we've been wearing facemasks at work lately.

I had a bad one back in 2015 which lasted for almost half the year before it finally subsided.

When I was about 22 my right eye would start twitching all the time, just randomly. Happened for about 2 months and it was annoying af because I had no control over it.

I will try sleeping earlier and drinking more water, I havent been able to sleep good thanks to leg having pain.

I get that when I'm stressed out. Luckily it never lasts more than a day.

I get that fairly often. Sometimes it'll be my right eye, other times the left.

It happened with me a couple of years ago. It is from too much screen time. My eye doctor said it was harmless.
