I'd like the buck to stop with Donald Trump, our current president. That would, however, require living in an alternate reality where Trump isn't a self-absorbed moron concerned more with profit and votes than the health and safety of American citizens.
Frankly, we should just give Bill Clinton an unconstitutional 3rd term. He beats the pants off any of his competition and we could spend 4 years making crude sex jokes while the nation heals.
