After breakfast you brush and floss. You're suppose to wash them in the night if you have morning breath then just use mouth wash. By the time you cook/buy breakfast the mouthwash taste wore off already.

Before technically. If you eat acidic stuff, brushing should wait for a couple hours, or if you just brushed, the acidic effects wont be so acidicy
